1. Introduction
These terms govern your access to and use of the website at kimiyaa.ai and any related pages or subdomains operated by Kimiyaa.ai ("Kimiyaa", "we", "us"). They do not govern use of the Kimiyaa software itself or the terms of any pilot evaluation; those are governed by a separate written pilot agreement provided to studios that proceed past the application stage.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. About us
Kimiyaa is built by Kimiyaa.ai. Our address is BLDG NO 5,SHOP NO 8 DAULAT NAGAR, CO-OP HSG, THANE EAST, Thane, THANE, Maharashtra, India, 400603. The website is operated from those offices.
3. What this website is
This website provides information about Kimiyaa — a 3D platform we are developing for studios with teams trained on industry-standard DCC workflows — and a means to apply for a pilot evaluation. It is informational and does not constitute an offer to sell the software, a binding service description, or any kind of warranty about the platform's performance. The platform itself, when made available to a studio, is subject to a separate written pilot agreement.
4. Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use this website if you are at least 18 years of age and are using it on your own behalf or on behalf of an organisation you are authorised to represent. You agree not to:
- use this website in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- submit false, misleading, or another party's information through any form;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its underlying infrastructure, or any data not intended for you;
- scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the website except with our written permission;
- upload or transmit malware, scripts, or any code that could damage the site or other users;
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
5. Pilot application form
If you submit information through the pilot application form, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to share it. We process that information as described in our Privacy Notice. Submission of the form does not in itself create a pilot agreement; pilot terms are commercial and shared in writing as a separate document.
6. Intellectual property
Our content
Except where otherwise indicated, the content of this website — including text, layouts, logos, and imagery — is owned by Kimiyaa.ai or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws. You may view and reasonably print pages for your own information; you may not copy, redistribute, or repurpose the content without our written permission.
Third-party trademarks
This website may refer to third-party software and DCC tools for purposes of comparison and compatibility context only. Blender® is a registered trademark of the Blender Foundation. Other product or company names mentioned may be trademarks of their respective owners. Kimiyaa is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Blender Foundation or any third-party DCC vendor.
Open-source components
The Kimiyaa platform incorporates open-source components, each governed by its respective licence. A complete attributions / NOTICE file will be published and updated as components change. Where any component imposes obligations on Kimiyaa as a downstream user (for example, source-availability obligations under copyleft licences), we comply with those obligations and publish the relevant materials at the URL referenced in the corresponding licence notice.
7. Information accuracy
We aim to keep the website accurate and current, but the platform is being actively developed and information is necessarily subject to change. Specific product capabilities for your studio's use case are confirmed in writing during the pilot scoping process; statements on this website are descriptive of design intent and current direction, not warranties of fitness for any specific purpose.
8. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party sites. Those sites are operated by parties we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
9. Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. The above limitation applies to the website only. Liability and remedies under any pilot agreement are governed by that pilot agreement.

12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website (in whole or in part) at any time, without notice, in our reasonable discretion — for example, where required by law, where access has been misused, or for routine maintenance. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) survive.

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of the competent courts of Thane, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where infringement of our rights occurs. Nothing in this clause limits any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer under your local law.
